Exhibit and Sponsorship Opportunities
The 2027 World History Association conference in Pittsburgh will feature an enhanced Exhibitors' area as well as a number of sponsorship opportunities.

Exhibitor and/or advertising opportunities
A robust, highly visible Exhibition area will be set up on the main floor of the University of Pittsburgh's Posvar Hall, the headquarters' site for the 36th annual World History Association annual conference. Beverage break areas will be located very close by and all attendees- estimated at 400 or more--will pass the Exhibition space several times per day. Exhibitors can count on being in a very prominent location and plenty of traffic throughout the days of the conference.

The World History Association recognizes that we are in challenging times. We are eager to make Exhibition opportunities more affordable for potential participants.

Staffed exhibition table (including one registered participant): $250
​​Can't attend the conference but eager to share information about your organization? We encourage you to use our advertising opportunities to reach our attendees.

Full-page ad in conference program: $250
Full-page ads in both the conference program and the World History Bulletin: $500
Half-page ad in the conference program: $125

Sponsorship opportunities
Conferences like ours are always dependent on the generosity of donors to make them possible, to add special meals and opportunities, and to make the conference more affordable for everyone.
​
For the past few years, we have been especially grateful to OER (Open Educational Resources) for its annual support of 40 registration scholarships for K-14 educators. If you are qualified for this OER support, please submit your applicatiion here. These registration subventions are available on a rolling basis and applications are available now.

The World History Association is eager to make sponsorship opportunities available to a wide array of supporters at various monetary levels. You may choose an amount you wish to contribute as sponsorship; depending on the amount, you can choose any of the following sponsorship opportunities listed.

All sponsorship opportunities are naming opportunities.

At the $250 level:
Choose one of the following:
Sponsor an attendee
Co-sponsor a beverage break
Co-sponsor a special luncheon (either for graduate students, for K-12 educators, or for community college educators)

At the $500 level:
Choose one of the following:
Sponsor two attendees
Sole sponsor of a beverage break
Solo sponsor of a special luncheon (either for graduate students, for K-12 educators, for community college educators)
Co-sponsor a continental breakfast.

At the $1000 level:
