We are delighted that our "host" hotel for the conference is the Orakai Songdo Park Hotel in Incheon. We have negotiated a special rate for conference participants.

That said, as of April 13, know that the block of rooms that we created at the Orakai has been rapidly filling. As you scroll through this page, you will find a list of hotels in the vicinity as well as information about proximity to subway lines between the Orakai and Mason Korea. We will be running shuttle buses between the Orakai and the Mason Korea campus; however, know that the subway Line 1 (the light blue line) that runs through Incheon is also an easy way to get from the hotel areas to the campus. The Orakai Songdo Hotel is closest to the Incheon National University station (exit 4) and Mason Korea is three stops away, closest to Campus Town Station (exits 2 or 3).

The Orakai Songdo Park Hotel, BW Premier Collection, is a premium hotel with 275 rooms located in the heart of Songdo International Business District in Incheon. Overlooking Songdo Central Park, the hotel offers guests stunning panoramic views of the park and its seawater canal. All of the rooms reserved for conference attendees will face the park. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​
If you are a walker or a jogger, you will find you have easy access to the waterfront. Water taxi rides and boat tours are available on the canal. The hotel is directly connected to Incheon National University Station. We will be providing complimentary shuttle buses between Incheon International Airport, the main airport serving Seoul, and the hotel, a ride of approximately 20 minutes.
The Orakai Songdo Park Hotel contains several dining facilities, including Level 19 Buffet Restaurant, Thirsty Monk Beer Pub, and, for coffee, illy Café. Guests also have access to a full range of wellness and fitness amenities, including a sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, self-service laundry, and business center.

Important tip about making a reservation at the Orakai (as of April 13, 2026):
Quite a few attendees are finding that the hotel is not able to make a reservation for all of your requested dates and therefore their system does not allow you to make a single, continuous reservation.

If you encounter this, try making your reservation in two separate bookings (split by date). Here is link to a PDF document that will show you how to do this. Please be sure to use the special promotional code for booking when you search this, as room availability is only visible with that code.

In case you are unable to reserve a room for the dates you wish at the Orakai Songdo Hotel, we are providing you with a list of hotels in the vicinity. Know that both the hotel and the main site of our conference--George Mason University Korea--are on Line 1 (the light blue line) of the subway system in Incheon/Seoul. The Orakai is at the Incheon National University Station stop and Mason Korea is at the Campus Town Station stop. Hotels along that subway lines will make it easy to get to both sites.
